Convergence Art Guild members will be back in action again this year at the Halifax County Heritage and Antique Machinery Festival.  Pictured is Nelly Jones adding finishing touches to the antique tractor art guild members painted at last year’s festival. 

            The 8^th Annual Halifax County Heritage and Antique Machinery Festival will be held the first weekend in May at the Halifax County Fairgrounds.  Festival times are Friday, May 6 from 12 noon until 9 p.m.; Saturday, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday afternoon May 8 from 1 until 5 p.m.  Admission is $5.00 per day for adults and children 12 years old and older.  Children under 12 will be admitted free.
